The required quorum is at least 15 residents, therefore, a quorum is present.
The previously circulated chairman’s report was presented with the following outcomes:

The Audited Financial Statements for the periods ending 30 September 2021 and 2022 were presented and approved.
The presented budget was approved with no change to the monthly levy of R 500.
Any other business
Michael Wilmot thanked the Home Owners Association for making their fire trailer available to Kenton on Sea in times of need.
There is now an HoA website www.kariegaheights.co.za the intention is to make Kariega Heights HoA information available to residents posted to the secure area. More information in this regard will follow.
Ian Felton suggested that the installation of pedestrian gates, lockable, be looked at for the 3 entrances.
Bridgit Pote requested approval of the revised design manual; this was seconded by Michael Wilmot.
